A Forstner Extension Bar for the Long Series of Forstner Bits. These extend the maximum depth of cutting. There are two sizes of extension bar, 8″ (200mm) and 11″ (280mm). The 8″ extension has a 3/8″ (9.5mm) shank and fits Forstner Bits up to and including 50mm. The 11″ extension has a shaft of 1/2″ (12.7mm) and extends Forstner Bits from and including 2″ (50.8mm). Please note that these are not compatible with the Maxicut Forstner bits, they have their own extensions.
